Description
The Employee Benefits Project Manager specializes in employee benefits analysis for the WTW Alternative Asset Insurance Solutions (AAIS) Group. The AAIS Group provides due diligence services for private equity firms, evaluating the costs, liabilities and exposures of potential acquisitions, which are sourced by AAIS Producers. This position leads the entire employee benefits due diligence process from initial engagement through deal close, creating the diligence report and delivering the report to our private equity clients.
The Role
Management of all aspects of employee benefits due diligence
Detailed analysis and commentary on employee benefit programs for mid-size companies
Assessment and analysis of plan documents, financial data, communications and government filings (i.e. Form 5500)
Creation of detailed financial reports using WTW formats
Drafting and delivery of due diligence reports
Assist in sales process to secure broker of record assignment for WTW post-closing
Qualifications
The Requirements
BS/BA Degree required
Three or more years of employee benefit brokerage / consulting experience
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and concepts, specifically include the following:
All health & welfare benefit plans: Medical, Dental, Life, LTD, STD, Vision
Underwriting and plan funding strategies
Regulatory environment of employee benefits plans, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA
Critical skill set includes:
Excellent organizational and analytical skills are required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Growth Opportunity

Immersion in AAIS Group to learn due diligence skills and mechanics of private equity investments

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000– $150,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
