D365 F&O Solution Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION "Capgemini is looking for a bilingual (French/English) dynamic Solution Architect who can review requirements by working with the program team, translating requirements into fit-for-purpose Dynamics 365 solutions and designs for our client. Key responsibilities: • Challenges and then documents the solution details including risks, constraints, alternatives and reason for the proposed solution. • Understands the business background, issues and implications of the specific solution being addressed. • Clearly communicates the business objectives into defined options and solutions, and defines necessary steps to achieve program goals. • Capable of providing professional advice relating to the solution proposed. • Ensures compliance between the system architecture and solution architecture. • Following high-level Dynamics 365 solution design, leads and gives the detailed solution, integration and infrastructure design. • Functions as key contact internally and externally to advice on technical designs and questions in the program. • Ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied accurately. • Collaborate with the System Architect on design principles for the overall architecture including the following functions infrastructure Architecture, Software Application Architecture, Digital Architecture, Mobility Architecture, and Security Architecture Required Skills • Must have 7-10 years of proven experience with full life-cycle implementation of D365 Finance & Operations and demonstrate knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies. • Must have experience and strong solid understanding across all MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance-related modules, including but not limited to : Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Credit and collections, General ledger, Budgeting and Fixed assets. • Strong practical Finance experience gained through industry experience preferred • Experience in enabling and leading data strategy in core ERPs (OneStream/MS Dynamics etc.) • Experience facilitating process around chartered accounts • Must be fluent in BOTH French and English language "
