MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative * with mature sales skills in the cellular and LTE industry who has strong business acumen, excellent communication, effective time management, and territory management skills.  *The territory covers the Central Market (MN, IA, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY). Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, customer-oriented, and success-driven while thriving in a dynamic, energetic, and competitive sales environment. Candidates must maintain excellent time management habits and prioritize situations with superb problem-solving abilities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Work within your regional sales team to close smaller, run rate businesses via the Inside Sales Rep assigned to your region while you hunt for and close large, more complicated deals via the partners around you.

  • Build, maintain, and aggressively manage a sales funnel of 5G and LTE-enabled solutions.

  • Leverage carrier, OEM, and internal partners, market data, marketing resources, and more to target and prospect customers to uncover needs and sell 5G and LTE solutions in the assigned territory. 

  • Learn, understand, and effectively communicate to prospects all elements of the solution set to successfully deliver customer value (continual learning is required).

  • Accurately forecast future sales and be accountable to forecast and pipeline management objectives.

  • Maintain record of activities in CRM. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Extensive wireless router experience with hardware solutions from companies such as Cradlepoint, SEMTECH, and Digi.

  • An equally deep understanding of the related software solutions - such as NetCloud Manager, Airlink Management Service, and Digi Remote Manager.

  • Success selling Managed Services wrapped around 5G wireless routers and adapters

  • History of working with cellular service providers like T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T required with experience in the Connecting Heroes, Frontline, and FirstNet being a plus

  • Track record of building and selling complex solutions via successful Proof of Concepts/PoCs

  • Knowing how to grow your pipeline by working in a co-sell fashion with other partners such as carrier, OEM, and internal sales teams in your region

  • Examples of customer wins in the IoT, Mobile, and Branch segments of the 5G Wireless WAN space

  • Experience winning by selling and adding value, not solely on price

  • Highly motivated self-starter, results-driven individual who is not afraid of accountability.

  • Proven track record as a Sales Hunter with marked achievements in meeting/exceeding quotas and revenue goals. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.

  • Attentive and active: rapport builder, listener, information gatherer, influencer, and closer.

  • Exceptional time management skills enabling you to organize and manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously. 

  • Home office experience required; ability to work alone and utilize a home office while maintaining a high-performance level via excellent sales results.

  • Deep experience with CRM and integration of those types of tools and processes into your daily and weekly sales reporting efforts and QBRs

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets with at least some technical familiarity in IP Networking and 5G Wireless Data Technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening, including e-mail and phone communications with customers and prospects.
