Job Description

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make immediate contributions to the organization.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Oracle NetSuite and the customer.

  • Design solutions to problems that may be unstructured and that may require conceptual/creative thinking.

  • Participate in activities and contribute ideas that constantly help improve the Oracle NetSuite platforms and products.

  • Build successful customer relationships.

  • Use decision-support tools to answer pressing client questions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on multi-faceted problems.

  • Create documentation and keep it up to date.

Advance in their technical, communication and management skills to gain their designation as an Oracle NetSuite SMEs and eventually get inducted as Suite Gurus; something that can currently be exclusively achieved with a high-performance team environment in Oracle NetSuite Support. This advancement opens doors for more opportunities to more than 30+ areas of specializations and career advancement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Analytical approach to troubleshooting.

  • Experience in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Management or relevant field.

  • Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.

  • Experience with Financial Reports, Revenue Management, Taxes and Accounting Periods.

In addition, it is nice to have:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or relevant field, 0-2 Years of Experience.

  • Relevant Experience with Latin America taxes - Mexico, Colombia - and legal entity controllers.

  • Knowledge and/or experience on ERP/Accounting systems (i.e. JD Edwards, SAP, QuickBooks, MS Dynamics AX, Epicor, etc) is an advantage.

  • Industry certification such as CPIM, CSCP from APICS is a plus.

  • Fluent in Portuguese desirable.

  • Experience in Oracle Netsuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB), NSAW, OCE or Micros

Como Analista de Soporte Técnico, tendrás la oportunidad de realizar contribuciones inmediatas a la organización.

Servir como enlace principal entre Oracle NetSuite y el cliente.

Diseñar soluciones a problemas que pueden no estar estructurados y que pueden requerir pensamiento conceptual/creativo.

Participar en actividades y aportar ideas que ayuden constantemente a mejorar las plataformas y productos Oracle NetSuite.

Construya relaciones exitosas con los clientes.

Utilice herramientas de apoyo a la toma de decisiones para responder las preguntas urgentes de los clientes.

Colaborar con equipos internos en problemas multifacéticos.

Crear documentación y mantenerla actualizada.

Avanzar en sus habilidades técnicas, de comunicación y de gestión para obtener su designación como Pymes Oracle NetSuite y eventualmente ser admitidos como Suite Gurus; algo que actualmente se puede lograr exclusivamente con un entorno de equipo de alto rendimiento en Oracle NetSuite Support. Este avance abre puertas a más oportunidades en más de 30 áreas de especialización y avance profesional

Requisitos:

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés.

Enfoque analítico para la resolución de problemas.

Experiencia en Contabilidad/Finanzas/Economía/Gestión Empresarial o campo relevante.

Experiencia interactuando con clientes en persona o por teléfono.

Experiencia en Informes Financieros, Revenue Management, Impuestos y Periodos Contables.

Además, es bueno tener:

Licenciatura/título universitario en Contabilidad/Finanzas/Gestión de Empresas o campo relevante, 0-2 años de experiencia.

Experiencia relevante con impuestos de América Latina - México, Colombia - y controladores de personas jurídicas.

El conocimiento y/o experiencia en sistemas ERP/Contabilidad (es decir, JD Edwards, SAP, QuickBooks, MS Dynamics AX, Epicor, etc.) es una ventaja.

La certificación industrial como CPIM, CSCP de APICS es una ventaja.

Deseable hablar portugués con fluidez.

Experiencia en Oracle Netsuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB), NSAW, OCE o Micros
