Veralto (Senior) Sales Manager in Thailand
Duties and responsibilities
Leading a team comprising of Sales Executives, Key Account Managers and other sales associates with the responsibility to deliver quarterly targets for booking and shipping and grow the water analytics business
Understands the market dynamics and can create and deploy strategic initiatives (Gain Share, Grow the Market, ensure optimal Product /Portfolio mix, improve margins) by understanding the key customers and their buying process and other market imperatives
Ensures Sales Funnel Review cadence across the team. Leveraging SFDC as a growth tool will be a key enabler for success in this role
Practices and evangelizes Veralto Enterprise System Tools (Visual Management, Policy Deployment, Problem Solving Process, KPI) through the team
Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
The profile would the responsibility to grow the business in the Markets of Thailand and/or neighboring countries
Qualifications
Candidate “must haves” –
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering required (Chemical Engineer/Instrument Engineer/Process Engineer preferable), MBA is preferred.
8 -10 years of experience in Sales Management Leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years of people management experience in a multi-national company. Experience in relevant to Water business preferred, especially in B2B sales to F&B, Electronics, Paper, Cement, Institute vertical markets
Should have led a team of 4 to 5 people, for about 3 years. 3-5 years’ experience in Industrial B2B sales in allied sectors like instrumentation, automation, controls, industrial low value (< $20K) high volume goods through direct sales to end customers.
The candidate needs to be from premier organizations in high responsible positions (revenue generating positions)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working in complex organization with multiple deliverables
Work experience with renowned Thai or Foreign MNCs
At least 2 years’ experience on renowned CRM system (SFDC/ Oracle/ SAP or equivalent)
Fluent in writing and speaking for English and Thai
Candidate “good to haves”
Experience in Instrumentation / analytical equipment sales
Experience of handling business > $ 3M USD (depending upon the region)
Education in Business management or prior experience of working in business management roles
Graduation/Post Graduation, from premier education institute will be added advantage.
Candidate “no-go’s” –
Self-centric Individual with limited or no experience in team management
