Job Description
The country Business Information Security Officer (BISO) focuses on proactively identifying security and compliance issues/risks to business operation processes in various accounts, drives in executing the controls to deter, detect and mitigate security and insider risks
This position is part of the El Salvador Security team; supporting 31 programs under a variety of sectors and complexity including PCI, ISO 27001, 22301 accounts, with a total headcount of 6,556 gamchanger
This position ensures:
§ Security and business process compliance in various accounts to meet business and client expectation.
§ Continuously improve the compliance level driven by operational requirement and business growth.
§ Partner/support with different areas for the completion of various security programs/initiatives in the concerned accounts driven by Insider Risk and Compliance team, including but not limited to the GSA and NNI.
§ Monitor assigned areas of risk ownership ensuring closures are tracked and presented to required stakeholders.
§ Mandatory education sessions are completed in a timely manner or escalate issues relates to that. Expected HC growth for 2025 1Q: 50-150.
§ Support External Audits (iso 27001, ISO 22301, SOC2, PCI) and support internal and Customer Audits.
