Oracle Principal Technical Program Manager - Strategic Customer Engineering in Singapore

As part of the Strategic Customer Engineering organization at OCI, our Technical Program Managers of drive outcomes at scale across technical and business workstreams!

We are looking are looking for creative collaborators who demonstrate ability synthesize our customers' requirements and drive results, not just facilitate. You will work with cross-functional teams across OCI and our customers', moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You possess great judgement and are a person with a bias for action an agility. You possess strong ownership and attention to delay. Within this role, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross- organizational/functional programs that impact both product engineering and the business.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with 8-10+ years’ experience in program, product or software development working directly with enterprise customers. Experience with HPC/AI/ML or large-scale cloud architectures preferred.

Proven experience designing, bootstrapping and executing technical cross-cutting programs.

You display a proven ability to think broadly, creatively and strategically.

You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of hyper-scale cloud architecture.

You possess and exemplify maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.

You can work well with senior leaders across Oracle (from engineering to business) and customers to drive results.

You work well in ambiguity, can operate autonomously and collaborate remotely to understand problems and define solutions.

Work with internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver technical and business outcomes

Drive multiple customer-centric programs simultaneously with top quality communication and attention to detail

Manage customer relationships and serve as a key contact for critical initiatives

Proactively see opportunities to help customers achieve their goals and improve their OCI experience

Closely collaborate with stakeholders to scope and articulate new product features

Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

Iterate and improve on governance and business procedures to improve organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
