Google Manager, APAC and EMEA Ads Services, gTech in Singapore

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.

  • 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.

  • Experience in mid-market, small business, agency, acquisitions, onboarding, channel, or app development sales.

  • Ability to independently oversee and manage multiple global projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to synthesize complex messages, data sets/signals, and insights into senior executive-ready communications.

  • Ability to build relationships, and manage and influence senior, cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analysis skills, combined with strong business judgment.

As lead of the Services Managers for APAC and EMEA, you will manage a team that works closely with Google Sales units to bring the best solutions to key Google Customer Solutions (GCS) accounts. Aligning closely with the business strategy, you will be the gTech lead for GCS APAC and EMEA, overseeing a team that provides recommendations to Sales team members on relevant gTech services and facilitating specialist teams to ensure an exceptional experience. You will collaborate with gTech colleagues to design exceptional advertiser solutions and experiences, deploy innovative methods for service engagement, and incorporate the latest business strategies into service offerings. You will be aligned with senior Google executives and develop deep relationships with both Sales and Operational teams.

  • Serve as representative for gTech services for APAC and EMEA across vendor-led implementation solutions and Customer Support operations for GCS. Engage with Sales leaders to activate solutions, drive process outcomes, and enable actionable resolution to escalations from the business.

  • Manage and represent gTech relationships effectively by collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams to represent a unified gTech point-of-view with the GCS business.

  • Keep apprised of the latest shifts in business strategies, incentives, barriers, and feedback to inform gTech solutions design and delivery. Prepare executive communications and present on service engagement, operations, and satisfaction.

  • Conduct opportunity analysis and make recommendations to Sales teams on where and how gTech can drive value for advertisers.

  • Partner with Sales teams to drive activation and engagement with gTech services and solutions, leveraging influence and customer service knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
