Vectrus Carpenter in Qatar
Overview
This position entails to do wood working/carpentry and special request job tasks from customers/clients. Perform minor repairs and fabrication concerning furniture’s, doors, cabinets, other wood working/carpentry jobs.
Responsibilities
Service Orders
Preventive Maintenance
Non-value-added work (Shop clean-up, Tool inventory)
Performs other duties and assignments as required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Foreign National
Education/Experience:
High school diploma is required or equivalent.
Requires as a minimum of 5 years' working experience in the Carpentry trade.
Must have experience with heavy duty wood working shop equipment’s such as table saw, radial saw, planner, surfacing machine, routing machine and power sander.
Program Specific Requirements:
Extensive Carpentry Experience. (1-5 Years')
Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues.
Must be able to change doors, windows and fabricate cabinets.
Able to communicate with customer.
Working Environment:
In this position there is exposure to physical and working conditions where serious accidents or injuries may occur, exposure to disagreeable noise elements and prolonged high ambient temperatures.
Must be able to lift/push/pull 35-45 lbs.
