A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members, guiding proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules, inventory management, and cost-control measures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
What do we need from you?
Previous experience in housekeeping or related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in using housekeeping software and other relevant technology.
