Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As an F&B Manager – you’re the leader. You will be the person that guests rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail for a friction-free experience. You will lead and oversee all aspects of food & beverage to deliver a unique guest experience, bringing our brand to life. You will be in tune with your team, driving performance and engagement and ensuring that they receive the right learning and development opportunities to maximize their performance and maintain a positive and productive work environment. The hotel team works closely together, so, whilst you will predominantly focus your time across Food & Beverage operations, you will also provide support to Housekeeping, Engineering and other areas of the hotel as needed.

What we need from you

  • Strong communication skills, ability to manage complex relationships and develop & manage a large team.

  • 4+ years leadership experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management and/or Business Administration

  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to afternoons, events & public holidays

  • Valid certificates including License Controller Qualification and First Aid
