What You'll Do
Lead the Implementations Team
To be responsible for the customer onboarding/migration experience determined by the unit type (PIU, CCU, CMU).
To directly handle the client relationship in PIU and colleague relationship in CCU and CMU or equivalent experience.
Drive the performance of the unit leader, unit CCMs and PIUs and ensure all members of the unit are working efficiently in meeting the goals of the business
Create a positive, happy, and fun environment enabling all members of the unit to be successful and effective while maintaining a healthy balance
To be empowered to handle the performance of the unit, while ensuring unit governance procedures are vigorously maintained
Handle the strategy of Implementations and working directly with the Client Management, Sales, and more Global teams
What We’re Looking For
Experience leading a team of 10 - 15 members
Demonstrated ability In Implementations within the Business Travel
Bilingual English - Spanish is required
GDS Management is a must
