IHG Assistant Marketing Manager in Lebanon
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Director of Marketing, within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group and local hotel policies and procedures, supports the operations of the Marketing Department in order to meet the Hotels sales targets. The role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and wants to pursue a future career in the Marketing field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The role consists of two main responsibilities; Supporting the DOSM and the Marketing team with daily tasks within Marketing and Administration
Makes sure that the department tasks and priorities are supported in a timely manner
Promotes the InterContinental Hotels Group products and services using creative techniques
Promotes the Hotel’s (and IHG generally) products and services
Maintains a high level of product and service knowledge about all IHG Hotels in your region
Develops and maintains IHG related tasks related in the Marketing department
Prepares relevant statistics when needed on a monthly or weekly basis
Develops and maintains knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
Support with specific Social Media projects or data collection
Research and provide the S&M department with trends and new concepts
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Social Media
Skills:
Microsoft Office tools
Image & video editing skills
Strong digital and social media skills
Organized and meets deadlines
Experience:
2 to 4 years
