IHG Kids Club Attendant in Kuwait

Are you passionate about creating a fun and engaging environment for children? We’re looking for a Kids Club Attendant who will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our youngest guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Supervising and engaging children in fun, interactive, and age-appropriate activities.

  • Organizing games, arts & crafts, storytelling, and other entertainment programs.

  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within the Kids Club.

  • Assisting with special kids' events and themed activities.

  • Communicating effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities and safety.

  • Maintaining the Kids Club area, ensuring all toys and equipment are clean and well-organized.

  • Collaborating with the recreation and hotel teams to enhance the guest experience.

What we need from you:

  • Prior experience working with children in a hospitality, daycare, or recreational setting is an advantage.

  • A friendly, energetic, and patient personality.

  • Strong creativity in planning and conducting kids’ activities.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holiday periods.
