SIA Enterprise is Akamai Cloud threat protection solution for enterprise customers. The product protects users from phishing, malware, and ransomware and enforces typical enterprise access policies.
The product consists of distributed DNS & Web proxies, Client Agents, Big Data Threat Intel, Portal and Reporting Analytics.

Our Enterprise Division team develops world-class Enterprise Security, Identity, and Application Access products for our customers.
Our solutions provide fast, reliable enterprise application access, helping to mitigate endpoint malware and phishing threats to provide a secure experience.
As a Senior Product Architect, you will be responsible for
Driving proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring rapid prototyping and tangible results
Defining architecture for features and enhancements within SIA Enterprise, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Security Group strategy.
Collaborating closely with product management and stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural designs.
Staying current on security trends; drive non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, scalability, etc.).
Identifying and reduce technical debt, participating in design discussions to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Leading architecture reviews to maintain consistency and quality across SIA Enterprise's components.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 10 years of relevant experience
Have experience in Data, messaging and Microservices architectures
Understand protocols like DNS, HTTP, WebSocket, QUIC, TCP/IP, TLS, Kafka and web proxy technologies.
Demonstrate expertise in building and operating global-scale SaaS solutions, including hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native practices.
Demonstrate hands-on skills with cloud computing, containers/orchestration, auto-scaling, advanced deployment models, CI/CD with GitOps, and pipeline customization.
