WOW! is currently hiring a Change Management Analyst!

The Change Management Analyst will be responsible for managing and overseeing changes in the Enterprise and IT Networks environment. This role ensures that all changes are thoroughly assessed, documented, and implemented in a controlled manner to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DevOps principles, excellent organizational skills, and experience in change management processes.

What you'll be doing:

● Change Coordination: Coordinate and manage changes in a DevOps environment, ensuring minimal service disruption to internal and external customers.

● Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all change management activities, including change requests, impact assessments, and implementation plans.

● Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes, identifying potential impacts and developing mitigation strategies.

● Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively regarding internal and external impact to all stakeholders, including IT and Enterprise teams, management, and external customers.

● Process Improvement: Continuously improve change management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while minimizing service disruptions to our internal and external customers.

● Compliance: Ensure all changes comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.

● Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on change management activities, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.

● Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of changes and identify areas for improvement.

● All other duties as assigned

Education:

An Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or formal technical education, and/or equivalent previous experience in Change Management, Change Control, or Network Operations is required

Experience/Skills Needed:

● A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience is required.

● Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in change management tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Computer Skills:

● A strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office tools is necessary as well as a strong understanding of network concepts, RF signaling and common Internet protocols

● MS Office, internet software, e-mail communication, UNIX platform, Virtual Servers and CLI commands. Application development knowledge is a plus.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

● Must be able to function in a 24/7 operation and work a flexible schedule on weekdays, weekends and holidays as required as well as be an effective team player

● Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment is essential as is the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a monitoring center environment

● Sitting and utilizing a multi-monitor PC is expected during the majority of the day
