Camping World IT Lead Analyst - Workday Talent Acquisition and Recruiting in Virtual, Illinois

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Lead Analyst to join our team and to own the Workday Recruitment systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the recruitment processes within our organization's Workday system. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, talent acquisition teams, and learning and development professionals, to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of the Workday platform.

Responsibilities:

Workday System Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday system administration related to recruitment modules.

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday system functionalities to support efficient recruitment processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.

Recruitment Process Optimization:

  • Streamline and improve the recruitment process by leveraging Workday functionalities.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

  • Create and customize recruiting reports and analytics to provide insights on recruitment metrics.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and data validation.

Masters an expert level understanding of the Recruiting, Onboarding & Core HCM, module's business processes' technical & configuration capabilities and maintains a level of mastery for future releases

Training and Support:

  • Train HR and talent acquisition teams on Workday recruitment functionalities.

  • Provide guidance and support to users, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure the effective utilization of the Workday system.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact and implementing relevant changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Workday system analyst, specializing in recruitment and learning modules.

  • In-depth knowledge of Workday functionalities related to recruitment, onboarding, and learning management.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and learning processes and best practices.

  • Certifications in Workday HCM or related areas would be a plus.

Pay Range:

$124,900.00-$187,300.00 Annual
