Functional Application Support (FAS) Engineer

Are you a 3rd line, and above, technical support experience and skills of FAS Applications? Can you approach complex technical issues seeing a bigger picture and understand the implications of making changes? Do you want to shape your world and change the way the world works? We are looking for a FAS Engineer to bolster the current FAS team. Your role will primarily involve incident management on our clients’ live system, on FAS App incidents that have been escalated from level 1/2 resources that are often remotely based environments. The role will be working with other Fujitsu embedded engineers within a Military environment. The role will require experience of FAS Applications.

Your transferable skills and experience:

• Experience of FAS Applications support: NIRIS - ICC - JChat – LOGFAS – JOCWatch - TOPFAS

• Reviewing documentation for Installation and integration of software packages.

• Operating Systems: Windows Server 2012/16, Windows 10, VMWare, Solaris, HyperV, Powershell. Windows Policies and Firewall settings, RedHat/Oracle, PKI, SQL, PostgreSQL

• Strong PowerShell and other scripting experience

This role will require you to become security cleared to a high level prior to commencing the role.
