Position Overview
NA Sales EMEA is seeking a Sr. Sales Program Manager to support our Named Accounts teams in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. This role is pivotal in ensuring the execution of key sales programs, aligning regional strategies, and fostering operational excellence across our organization. This role will report directly into the Director, Strategic Industry Executive with a dotted line to the VP, Global Named Accounts EMEA.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, results-driven professional with experience in sales operations, program management, and stakeholder engagement. They will work closely with sales leadership, enablement, marketing, and operations teams to enhance sales productivity and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Program Leadership
Design, implement, and manage high-impact sales programs that drive revenue growth and enhance sales effectiveness across NAs EMEA
Develop long-term strategies to scale sales initiatives and improve organizational agility
Align sales programs with corporate priorities, ensuring executive sponsorship and stakeholder buy-in
Sales Process Optimization & Innovation
Identify and drive strategic improvements in sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with sales operations to enhance forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge sales methodologies, tools, and best practices
Executive Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, providing strategic recommendations and insights
Lead cross-functional collaboration with enablement, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and execution
Develop executive-level communication strategies to ensure alignment and engagement across sales teams
Performance Analysis, Insights & Reporting
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement
Conduct deep-dive analyses into sales performance trends, leveraging data to optimize strategies and execution
Provide executive reports and insights to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making
Driving New Business and ARR Growth
Act as a hands-on contributor ("doer") to align the organization with strategic goals, ensuring focus on driving New Business and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement actionable plans that support long-term business expansion
Foster accountability across teams by establishing clear metrics, ownership, and follow-through on commitments
Identify and address barriers to growth, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that maximize revenue potential
Minimun Qualifications
Achievement of sales growth and retention targets, productivity targets, and strategic objectives
Excellent facilitation, communication, leadership, and influence skills
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in managing program execution and continuous improvement
Ability to create strong credibility with Sales leadership and become a trusted advisor
Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across lines of businesses
Proven ability and desire to be agile and adaptable in the face of new information and change
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, master’s degree preferred
8+ years total business experience and/or 4+ years of sales program experience in a business-to-business sales environment preferred
