About the role
Ensure that all manufacturing operations are operating in accordance with quality standards and regulations as well as written procedures. Identify and implement continuous process improvements through the use of engineering tools.
Key responsibilities
• Handle quality and regulatory issues, detected in audits, customer complaints and product/material failure investigations.
• Ensure that the disposition of non-conforming material meets the necessary regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and guide inspectors and technicians in the quality area.
• Execute and support activities related to product risk analysis.
• Creation, review and approval of documents related to manufacturing processes, such as SOP, WI, CCR, among others.
• Conduct and manage troubleshooting sessions. Plan, coordinate, conduct and schedule phases of project implementation activities.
Apply quality engineering tools and techniques during various process phases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer or related careers.
Experience from Medical Device Industry or other regulated industry.
Minimum 2 years ofexperienceworking in similar position.Demonstrated knowledge of Regulatory and GXP Compliance requirements such, experience of Risk Management and CAPA.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in oral and written English.
Availability to work on-site.
