Red Hat Senior Account Solutions Architect in Denmark

Position Summary

The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Senior Account Solution Architect to guide the growth and development of Red Hat’s business in Denmark. In this role you will be the technical sales leader for your accounts. You will create possibilities, solve problems and establish trusted relationships with our customers. You will collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Ecosystem teams to discover the customer’s business and technical objectives and help them invest in the right solutions from the Red Hat and Partner Ecosystem portfolio.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales and technical delivery teams to help customers invest wisely in the best solutions

  • Interpret customer’s business problems and technical issues and convey how a particular solution aligns with their needs or requirements

  • Provide pre-sales technical leadership for the development and implementation of complex solutions and services

  • Develop strategic relationships with key customers

  • Deliver proof of value to our customers and partners through presentations, demonstrations, workshops and pilot projects

  • Create strategies to counter competitive threats and resolve issues

  • Share your expertise by sharing knowledge with peers and presenting at conferences and industry events

Who are you?

You'll need to have good communication skills, as you'll be a crucial part of the first major experience our customers have with Red Hat. You should also be comfortable presenting and having technical business discussions with senior executives.

As a Solutions Architect, you will benefit from a balance between technical expertise and business understanding. In addition, you should be enthusiastic about the possibilities of new technologies, solving problems, and establishing working relationships with our customers.

What you will bring

  • Sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture or equivalent experience in support of enterprise accounts.

  • Good knowledge and interest in classic It infrastructure and cloud native platforms.

  • Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures.

  • Fluent language skills in Danish and English

  • Willingness to travel within the region.
