Das erwartet dich bei uns:

• Vorbereitung des täglichen Mise en place

• Warenanforderung in Abstimmung mit den Vorgesetzten sowie die Kontrolle des täglichen Wareneingangs

• Küchenseitige Vor- und Nachbereitung des à la carte-Geschäfts

• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen für Speisen und Speisepräsentationen

• Einarbeitung von Auszubildenden und Praktikant:innen

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

• Kreativität und Liebe zum Detail

• Teamspirit
