Oracle Senior Web Design Specialist in Czech Republic
Job Description
You will develop and drive project plans for NetSuite websites. Your excellent management skills alongside technical know-how will identify the right resources for the job. Through your agile coaching style, the team will accelerate publishing efforts, adopt modern coding practices, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
You’re curious and are skilled at performing data analysis using Excel to mine for patterns and opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Scrummaster for the project team, leading team members to break projects into focused tasks that enable delivery faster.
Lead both synchronously, in meetings, and asynchronously, through JIRA tickets, Slack, and Confluence documentation for remote teams.
For large projects, drive development effort within the team and as a partner to other teams.
While leading projects, you’ll identify KPI’s, perform risk identification and mitigation, trace dependencies, and keep team members informed of progress.
What You’ll Bring
Experience working at technology companies, preferably B2B.
Previous experience working in agile and tools like JIRA, Wrike, and Confluence.
Comfortable reading software documentation and requirements.
Ability to report on quantitative and qualitative data using Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Growth mindset.

Responsibilities
Provides technical support and administration of the software infrastructure for the implementation and maintenance of company's digital efforts. Designs and maintains web pages/digital interfaces/applications. Develops user interface features, site animation and special effects. Coordinates with web content developers to ensure the delivery of the content and message is accurate. Provides technical site maintenance, consultation on issues related to animation, search engine techniques, link integrity, navigation, browsers, graphics and other technical developments. Develops code using HTML, Visual Basic or other web-based/digital application programming languages. Prepares technical documentation
