Job Description Summary
Closely work with headquarter and customer on engine/aircraft system integration for aircraft NPI projects. Responsible for engine performance related issues tracking and closure. Support aircraft flight test and onsite issue finding treatment
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Work with customer and HQ to define and manage engine performance, (or aerodynamic, or heat transfer/thermal dynamic) between engine system and aircraft.
Support engine system design, optimization, and engine verification test.
Tracking engine system integration and installation issues, provide onsite engineering disposition.
Technically support engine performance or aerodynamic or heat transfer/thermal dynamic related aircraft engineering and certification tests
Drive cross function teams to execute hardware design and related analysis to achieve agreements and solutions
Qualifications/Requirements:
Master’s degree or above, better have engine Performance or aerodynamic or heat transfer/thermal dynamic engineering background
Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in an engineering position or academic research position
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Excellent leadership and influence skills
Self-confidence and a quick learner

Experiences on mechanical design and analysis
Experiences on technical negotiation and customer support
Frequent user of CATIA/UG, CFX/Fluent
