InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff activities.

• Inspecting rooms and areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.

• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.

• Implementing housekeeping policies and procedures.

• Resolving guest complaints promptly.

• Conducting staff meetings and communicating goals.

• Collaborating with other departments for seamless operations.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The right candidate should have the following:

• Experience in housekeeping; supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication skills.
