CACI is seeking a Manpower and Training Support Analyst to provide Program Executive Offie (PEO) Carriers Support in areas of manpower, personnel, training support and ship’s liaison. Support programmatic, strategic and supply support efforts as directed by the Product Support Team (PST) to PEO Carriers in all aspects of shipboard manpower and training.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Generate correspondence, technical plans, instructions, and directives necessary to ensure effective communications among all activities participating with assigned programs and stakeholders. Coordinate efforts with government and other contracted support personnel across offices of NAVSEA and other DoD and DoN organizations, primarily in the Hampton Roads, VA area. Act as Shipboard Liaison providing PCUs and C-ARTS Support
More About the Role:
As shipboard Liaison, Identify and document specific system training deficiencies in the associated NTSP (e.g. GFE/CFE scorecard). Provide Quality Assurance content reviews of the following as they pertain to CVN 68 and 78 Class units: Navy Training Systems Plan (NTSP) Front End Analysis (FEA Phase I); Job Duty Task Anaysis (JDTA Phase I); Curriculum Content (Phase II).
Provide PEO TRIAD backup to ensure the PCU crews receive all CFE Training (Initial/Interim) courses at the most ready and relevant times
Review, comment, and provide input for draft DoD, Navy, and PEO Carriers policies, directives, and instructions
SF Leadership the importance of recognizing deficient training requirements and provide trainin solution
Capture and relay MPT issues and concerns to the government’s MPT Lead for immediate resolution
Liaison as necessary with commands / organizations / representatives / etc. in support of Program Office objectives as the Training representative for APM Life Cycle Support.
Conduct local travel to support PST objectives as the Training representative
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance
PEO Aircraft Carrier/Active Duty Experience
Navy and CVN experience
C-ARTS demonstrated experience
Shipyard/NAVSEA Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Familiarization with standard Navy correspondence
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
