Job Description
As a Production Worker, you will engage in physically demanding tasks involving extensive walking, standing, and lifting throughout the day. You will be responsible for handing off pods to the Loading/Unloading team, using pallet jacks to move products, loading and unloading trucks, performing light housekeeping tasks, and assisting with inventory.
Responsibilities
Hand off pods to the Loading/Unloading team.
Utilize electric pallet jacks to move products.
Load and unload trucks with material and supplies.
Perform light housekeeping tasks.
Assist with inventory management.
Maintain a high level of physical activity, including walking and standing all day.
Essential Skills
Experience with electric pallet jacks.
Ability to pick and handle materials.
Proficiency in using pallet jacks.
Experience in unloading and production assembly.
Knowledge of general labor, cable management, and installation.
Ability to use power tools and hand tools.
Familiarity with construction environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Attention to detail.
Ability to document errors.
Effective communication skills.

Work Environment
The work environment is currently under construction as the Amazon ORF4 at 1795 Dam Neck Rd. in Virginia Beach is being completed. It is a construction setting with port-a-potties and is non-climate controlled.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00
