Paragon Cyber Solutions Business Process Analyst with TS/SCI in Virginia Beach, Virginia
Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a Business Process Analyst to support more efficient decision-making and operations. The perfect candidate will research, analyze, and recommend improvements to an organization’s business processes to improve overall organization performance and efficiencies. Develop project plans, and technical design specification documents, communicate changes, and may provide training to impacted business units.

Responsibilities
Provide analytical advice to the Government on matters relating to people, process, and technology, this includes analyzing, assessing, and providing recommendations for improving or simplifying Command-wide business processes
Identify organizational inefficiencies using process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Business Process Re-engineering
Document business process solutions using industry standard flowcharting and documentation conventions in the form of service requests, requirements and specification documents, and business process modeling
Provide technical documentation for each process that includes the policy or procedures necessary for the Government to publish official documents that dictate processes, procedures, and security requirements associated with each development effort
Coordinate with systems architects and developers, as needed, to provide oversight in the development of design solutions
Requirements
Ten (10) or more years of documented experience
Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality associated with various technologies for organizing and managing information
Knowledge of organizational process improvement concepts and process maturity models
Skill in interfacing with customers to gather project requirements
Skill in the interpretation and translation of customer requirements into operational capabilities
Skill in coordinating and managing the overall service provided to a customer end-to-end
Ability to create business process maps and workflow visualization tool
Ability to analyze and measure the impacts of completed projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate with audiences of varying technical levels
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
Ability to assess and prioritize backlog requirements
Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
