In the role of Junior Financial Analyst (FTC) at Sanofi CHC, you will be exposed to a dynamic work environment, partnering with local and regional business teams. You will use your Accounting background to take ownership of preparing and reporting on our sales contribution, ensuring data is reconciled accurately and on-time. This is a 12 x month fixed-term contract that will help build on your capabilities, network, and chance to work on unique and exciting projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate closing of all Profit & Loss lines from Sales to Gross Margin, and monthly gross to net reconcilliation in order to track financial performance

  • Partner with internal and offshore Global Business Services (GBS) teams both locally and regionally to Coordinate Master Data Management

  • Support the Financial Performance Lead in the preparation of monthly Sales and Operations planning process

  • Collaborate with local finance and business teams in any data inconsistencies and be the 'go-to' on questions in systems and reporting

  • Continuous focus and priority on increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the total finance team, including automation and transition of tasks

About you

Experience :

  • Ideally held a Junior Finance , Controller or Accounting role in a large global or National organisation

Soft and technical skills :

  • High acumen in Excel, and managing financial systems (such as SAP, TM1 or KNIME preferred)

  • Detail-orientated, collaborative and highly proactive attitude

  • Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organise, manage and prioritise deadlines

Education :

  • Tertiary qualified in Finance or Accounting

Language:

  • Fluent in Verbal and Written English
