Join our Formulation team as Development Chemist (FTC) where you’ll be responsible for creating new products and improving existing products by conducting research, experiments and testing to ensure the highest-quality and effective formulations for our Sanofi CHC love brands. You will be supported by a highly skilled and collaborative team, dedicated to excellence in Pharmaceutical formulation through the use of cutting-edge technology.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise pharmaceutical /nutraceutical formulations, including tablets, capsules, suspensions, solutions and other dosage forms

  • Conduct lab research, including designing experiments, analysing data and interpreting results from bench trials

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including experimental records, reports and protocols

  • Evaluate new raw materials for suitability, preparing stability protocols, master formula documents for registration, manufacturing instructions and bill of materials for commercial production

  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and respond to enquiries from regulatory agencies

  • Support the transfer of new formulations to production, including training manufacturing staff and providing technical support

About you

  • Ideally held a Formulation Development or Process Development role within Pharmaceuticals/ Nutraceuticals

  • Understanding of various functions related to innovation process

Soft and technical skills :

  • Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration

  • Problem solving and adaptability

Education :

  • A degree or PhD in Science, Pharmacy, Food Supplements/ Cosmetics/ Physical Sciences or similar

Languages :

  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal required)
