Oracle Applications Partner Sales Account Executive, Mid-Market in VILNIUS, Lithuania
Job Description
What you will do
Primary job duty is to sell ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM & CX cloud solutions and related services to prospective and existing Oracle customers, driving increased revenues of our Cloud SaaS Applications across different accounts within your territory.
Winning new SaaS cloud revenue in ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX
Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated territory coverage (CIS and Baltics – public and commercial sector)
Implement the Oracle Applications strategy throughout your territory.
Take part in new business sales.
Driving the implementation of sales campaigns.
Generating and following up on leads, qualifying leads, and prioritizing opportunities.
Identifying and working with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer.
Working with and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate.
Maintaining a complete and up-to-date understanding of competition in ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX, and able to influence the sales process for developing proactive and counter actions for winning the deal.

Responsibilities
What you will bring
Extensive Sales Experience: Over 8 years of expertise in selling applications.
Versatile Sales Skills: Proven success in both direct sales and through partner channels. Experience with Public Sector is an advantage.
Channel Management Knowledge: Experience in managing channels and coordinating with partners is a plus.
Industry-Specific Experience: Previous experience in selling applications, whether Oracle’s or competitors’, is highly valued.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential. Russian is a big advantage.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive and innovative approach to driving sales and business growth.
