Requirements: BFOQ - Must have a current and valid Registered Nurse License in the State of West Virginia. Must have Drivers License to go from location to location if need arrives. Must have reliable transportation with auto insurance. Must have a HS/Equivalent. Be willing to get CPR Certification and TB Testing after hired if doesn't already have. Drug and Background Screening if offered employment. Will consider misdemeanor charges if appropriate. Can work in Wood County, WV or Washington County, OH, or other locations as needed. Description: Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients or family on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration requirement. Document and report any changes to Director of Nursing or immediate supervisor. Regular pay is $30.00 per hour plus mileage between clients' if work more than one job during shift. Midnight shift differential $1.00 an hour. Weekend any shift differential $2.00 an hour. Ability to earn and additional $200.00 per quarter if satisfactory performance. Also, referral bonus of $50.00 per person hired and then another $50.00 bonus if the referral is still working after 90 days. After 6 months, there is 80 hours paid leave and self-pay insurance. After 1 year, there is retirement. Can work part-time or full-time with the same or differing shifts. Flexible scheduling.
