About this role What will you be responsible for?

To supervise and direct the RCM technicians' activities to ensure efficiency and to assume responsibility for facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCM) teams through the RCA and RCM processes.

Comply with state and federal health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures and the company's environmental compliance policy. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws by non-exempts. Administer company & departmental policies and procedures. Ensure Fixed Plant site teams are supported to make key maintenance decisions through best-in-class asset strategies, life cycle cost modeling, and execution of reliability principles. Schedule predictive maintenance tasks, order parts, and plan work projects. Assist in monitoring and reviewing costs and establishing and maintaining budgets. Assist in developing departmental procedures, administer discipline, enforce company policy and maintain environmental compliance. Provide on-the-job training for junior staff employees to acquire technical trade/craftsmen skills. Track and trend equipment data to determine if our strategies are effective Analyze condition monitoring data and perform diagnosis to evaluate asset condition. Identify potential defects and recommend follow-up maintenance actions. Implement and manage defect elimination solutions and use a tracking register to monitor. Integrate defect elimination program with the operate for reliability program to identify opportunities where the operator influences equipment reliability Conduct safety meetings, staff meetings, and ILCI investigations. Review salary non-exempt employee performance. Assess RCM/RCA team requirements, secure resources, and provide RCM/RCA essential element training for team members. Organize and document all aspects of an RCA Analysis, including meeting, doing the analysis, verifying and drawing factual conclusions about why undesirable events occur. Develop recommendations to eliminate the risk of recurrence of the event. Organize and document all aspects of an RCM Analysis, including meeting, doing the analysis, developing the plant maintenance strategy, reviewing the plant maintenance strategy with area managers and following up on the implementation of maintenance tasks upgrades. Develop and track measures that define success for each study. Publish results for upper management review. Investigate and Interview across multiple disciplines and processes. Interface with all affected work groups and at all levels of management to achieve and implement successful change. Supervise RCM technicians, which includes, all of the day-to-day safety, environmental and productivity responsibilities of supervision. Respond to emergencies that could cause injury or loss to production.

Education: Bachelor of Science degree and three years' experience OR 10 years related experience.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to interface and communicate effectively with the General Foremen, Superintendents and Managers. Well organized, action-oriented, and an active listener. Have good computer skills including Excel, Word, and Access.

Working Conditions & Location Position based in the United States at the Cripple Creek & Victor Mine, loc ted in Teller County Colorado. Ability to alter work schedule when required. Must be able to work at high altitude.
