As a “ Procurement Category Manager - Marketing Accessories ”, you will develop, validate, and implement sourcing Strategies for the Indirect Materials Spend for all Nespresso accessories that deliver business value, competitive advantage and which contribute to the reduction of operational risk through efficient and effective delivery. Accountable for the end to end spend management, you will manage all the relationships externally with Marketing accessories suppliers and the different Stakeholders to ensure upstream/early involvement in all projects.

A Day in the Life of a Procurement Category Manager - Marketing Accessories:

• Develop and validate a sourcing Strategy in joint collaboration with all Nestlé’s Businesses.

• Be early involved in all concepts, analyse requirements, lead RFP processes and supplier selection in alignment with sourcing strategy.

• Perform category, supplier market and supplier risk analyses to find synergies between businesses and develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) understanding.

• Provide Category recommendations to influence business decisions.

• Build with internal stakeholders business continuity plan to mitigate risks.

• Confirm scale of contribution, report and deliver on category target, managing maximum value creation.

• Ensure supply by selecting the right suppliers for the spend category, prepare and execute negotiation events seeking best TCO contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers.

• Integrate Innovation elements from suppliers into Nestlé's Innovation and Renovation processes.

• Lead team KPI and maintain reporting tool.

• Develop industry benchmarking to ensure competitive advantage.

What will make you successful:

• University Degree in Procurement Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing or any related discipline.

• Extensive and proven experience in Procurement in above market / large market structures.

• Ability to manage complex projects in complex environment and operating across multiple countries.

• Excellent business writing and speaking skills, ability to convince and influence others.

• Advanced negotiation skills to develop win/win situations with key suppliers.

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.

• System and software skills such as E-Auction and Ariba are a plus.
