Plans and performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, tests, fabrications, and inspection operations on various products in standard and non-standard environments to maintain flow of work.

Compensation:
- Minimum pay rate: \$20.75 per hour
- 8% shift differential for 2nd shift
- \$3,500 Sign on Bonus*
- Eligible for Annual Increases

2ndShiftSchedule:
- This position is for 2ndshift.
- Monday Friday 3:30PM - 11:30 PM
- Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do:
- You will perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly
- You will accurately read blueprints.
- You will demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
- You will accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions.
- You will take ownership of the accuracy of processes and understand the impact of nonconforming work.
- You will effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive jobresponsibilities.
- You will focus on safety and quality is extremely important.
- You will be highly motivated and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
- You will build parts that meet drawingspecifications.
- You will comply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE).
- You will meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by the team.
- You will work successfully in a team environment.
- You will acquire applicableskill/knowledge/certificationas required.
- You will comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
- You will handle multiple tasks
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a HS diploma or GED. In the absence of a diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience required.
