HR Partner will support Veresegyhaz based Manufacturing and various support functions and serves as strategic business partner part of the local GSCM leadership team. Client base includes white-collar team as well as blue-collar employees 500 people.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues

  • Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions for client groups including professional and hourly relations, employee engagement and advocacy, organizational design and change, communications, career development, workplace investigations, support staffing and employee compensation and benefits.

  • Build trust by having the courage to do the right thing. Collaboratively build connections with our employees, leaders and the external community.

  • Ensure that the organization is structured in such a way that optimally supports the organization's business objectives and situations.

  • Support client group managers to create a high-performance work environment to maximize capability individually and collectively.

  • Model & reinforce behaviors that best reflect our cultural aspirations

  • Implement HR initiatives and programs and participate in related HR forums

What you’ll bring

  • BSc degree preferably in Human Resources, Labor Law, Psychology or Economics.

  • Strong experience in Human Resources with demonstrated experience in key areas of development, performance management, change management, labor law and staffing. Experience supporting manufacturing operations team would be a significant advantage.

  • Ability to work at a strategic level and be able to execute on day-to-day operational matters

  • Credible HR professional with an ability to build effective business relationships

  • Excellent interpersonal and strong written & oral Hungarian and English communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and multicultural/ international environments

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change

  • High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow-up on assigned projects, balanced by good teamwork

  • Team player willing to work closely with a global HR team on cross-P&L HR projects and open to sharing information and best practices with the team
