Zwilling J.A. Henkels Event Roadshow Sales Representative in Various Locations, New York

Typical schedule Roadshows run in 14 day increments. An Event Roadshow Sales Representative will work 10 1/2 days on and then have 3 1/2 days off. Hours are usually the first Thursday, setting up the booth 8pm-11pm and then the first day on Costco sales floor would be Friday. Mon to Fri 9:30am to 8:30pm Sat to Sun 9:30 am to 6:30pm w/ the final Sunday till about 8pm for teardown of the booth Event Roadshow Sales representatives can work one or two roadshows per month (3.5 days off between each show) Normal Show/Store Hours: M-F 9:30am - 8:30pm (two 45 min meal breaks) Sat. 9am - 6:00pm (one 45 min meal break) Sun. 9:30am - 6:00pm (one 45 min meal break) Do I need to ship the booth and Zwilling products back and forth? No, our Logistics team will take care shipping booths and Zwilling product to and from the Costco location. What is the compensation structure? The hourly rate is $16.00 per hour Every rep gets paid per their schedule; this includes their commute time and set up and breakdown. Is there in-person training? The digital training will be done virtually over 2-3 days to learn about the (2) different brands that could be sold at the Costco Event Roadshow: Zwilling Henckels Knives, and Ballarini non-stick pots and pans. Event Roadshow Sales Representatives are paid during this training period. Pay Structure We pay bonus commission once an Event Roadshow Sales Representative hits $10k, per roadshow. Sales Level Achieved per Show Pay earning (before taxes) Notes (these are average approximations before taxes) Minimum (<$10K achieved) $1,600-$1,800 (No Commission) per 10 days This is the 10-day pay without commission $20k in sales approximately 10-day pay (between $1,600 to $1,800) + $1,050 $2,600$3,000 per 10 days $25-35k in sales 10-day pay ($1,600 to $1,800)+(between $1,800 and $3,800) in commission $3,600-$5,600 per 10 days

Our top-selling representatives earn between 80k and low 100k per year Numbers reflect: per show (Max shows one can work each month are two): Full- timers work 18- 24 shows per year $ figures mentioned are Gross, before taxes

Is there medical or dental benefit insurance? All reps are hired as a part time employee w/no benefits till they have proven success on multiple shows then the managers will review show track and need to see if they qualify for full time. The hourly rate is $16.00 per hour. With overtime, the hourly rate is closer to $24.00 per hour. We pay the following: Drive time both to and from Costco show locations Virtual Training time We pay mileage at $62 1/2 cents a mile. Typically, you will be working as an Event Roadshow Sales Representative at Costco locations within the state you live in. However, there may be circumstances where you may be asked to do an Event Roadshow outside of your state depending on availability and business needs. If traveling outside of your state, we pay for all travel, hotel, rental car when traveling, and reimburse up to $50 a day for food while traveling. What are the next steps?
