Providence Health Plan is calling a Project Coordinator who will: Deliver and support projects timely, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction from initiation to completion Be accountable for identifying and obtaining resources needed Complete assigned projects and tasks within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision Support Project and Program Managers with project assignments, priorities, action items, progress tracking, schedule monitoring, and risk and issue planning and escalations Demonstrate effective interactions, positive interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams Be proactive and detail-oriented Have a passion for coordinating projects Please note the following important detail regarding this role: This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon Providence Health Plan welcomes 100% remote work to residents who reside within a daily commutable distance (25-30 miles) of our office locations listed below: Oregon: Portland, Beaverton, Gresham Washington: Vancouver Required qualifications for this position include: Associate's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 3+ years of project coordination / administrative assistance experience Preferred qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 3+ years of experience working in a health insurance or health plan organization 2+ years of experience building relationships with customers, executive management, and project stakeholders 2+ years of experience identifying and resolving problems while retaining strong and effective working relationships 2+ years of experience composing project documentation (Ex. Meeting notes, Risk and Issue Logs) Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and work is successfully completed within deadlines 1+ years of experience developing PowerPoint presentations including graph / chart functions Why Join Providence Health Plan?
