Among the vast array of possible integrations, one category that is becoming increasingly critical to this vision is low code automation.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to help us envision and deliver experiences that facilitate collaboration through automation, make low code applications and workflows more accessible to the average user, and apply AI to low code tools in Teams to drive business outcomes.

This position allows you to partner with our first-party and third-party ecosystem, design new experiences, and deliver them at scale to make our users’ work more efficient, intelligent, and automated. Ultimately, we aim to significantly grow the number of Teams users who leverage low code tools every day in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across Microsoft and our ecosystem to integratelow code technologies in Teams.

  • Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.

  • Successfully validate and improve the product over time through measurement and experimentation.Analyze data to understand user behaviors, identify opportunities for growth, and quantify the impact of releases.

  • Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope and quality.

  • Engage with customers,partners, and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area.

  • Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.

  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, as well as stay in sync with end-user features and service infrastructure.

  • Work closely with the design team to ideate and craft new low code experiences.

  • Drive execution and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-group, and cross-discipline projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of relevant program or product management experience shipping features for end-users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and the collaborative leadership skills to lead a change in direction when needed.   

  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from product inception to GA and the know-howrequired to lead your team to realize your vision.

  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

  • Solid product management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a track record of managing complex projects with many partners.   

  • Written and verbal communication skills and a desire to create a collaborative team culture.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $108,100 - CAD $199,700 per year.
