Project Description:

The Regional Digital Health Solutions portfolio is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Vancouver Coastal Healths (VCH) Lions Gate Hospital redevelopment project with the new Paul Myers Tower. The Project Coordinator is an integral part of the team responsible for assisting with the management and coordination of various projects related to the New Paul Myers tower. The Project Coordinator performs a wide variety of tasks such as creating/maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverable timelines, communicating project risks, creating executive level status reports, and providing administrative support.

Day to Day you will:

 Assist with project administration deliverables (e.g., budget tracking, schedule updates, project closeout documentation, etc.).

 Prepare high-quality project artifacts and related presentations (e.g., Project Charters, business cases, briefing notes, monthly reports, etc.).

 Coordinate stakeholder meetings with the Project Managers and external stakeholders by sending meeting invites

 Communicate with diverse stakeholders to understand requirements and Drive collaboration to ensure delivery success.

 Perform requirement gathering and documentation from stakeholder meetings by taking meeting minutes

 Generate PowerPoint presentations.

Skills and Requirements

2-5 Years experience as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst

 Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to produce concise, structured and well written documents and reports

 Demonstrated ability to use spreadsheets, word-processing, PowerPoint and other software at an intermediate level.

 Self-starter, proactive and solutions oriented.

 Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.

 Comfortable working in a healthcare environment (ok with being onsite at hospitals as needed) - Healthcare Experience null
