Position: Physical Therapist (PT), Full-Time Days
Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with two weekend shifts per month. Flexible start times between 7 AM and 9 AM.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000!

What You'll Be Doing:
Patient Evaluation: Assess referred patients in an acute care setting, evaluating their medical and physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation potential.
Treatment Planning: Use your expertise to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals based on each patient’s capacity and potential.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, case managers, and nursing staff. May supervise physical therapy assistants, rehab techs, and students.

Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred, especially in a clinical setting.
Certifications: Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required. CPR certification required within 6 months of hire. Additional advanced certifications for specialty areas are preferred but not required.
