FS Vail Employment Inc. Advanced Housekeeper in Vail, Colorado
FS Vail Employment Inc. dba Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is looking to fill Advanced Housekeeper positions in Vail, Colorado. This is a temporary full-time peakload position & we are looking to fill 12 job openings for employment from May 22, 2025 to September 28, 2025.
Duties: Clean and maintain guest accommodations at luxury property. Make beds and change linens. Clean bathrooms. Dust furniture, window ledges and shelves. Vacuum carpeted areas. Stock guest rooms with amenities. Remove refuse. Report damage to guest rooms and report lost items. Maintain carts and linen rooms. Comply with Four Seasons policies, procedures and standards of operation. May also help with turn down service. Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, bathrooms and recreation areas. Comply with all OSHA standards.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of one year of housekeeping experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Terms & Conditions of Employment: At least $21.32 per hour, at least 35 hrs/wk, MON - SUN, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (schedule, hours and shifts vary). Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at least $31.98 per hour.
Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will reimburse or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
Tools, equipment & supplies: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.
Miscellaneous: Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Pay period is every two weeks. Employer will make all payroll deductions required by law. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related government-mandated fees. Eligible for paid sick leave (1 hour paid leave per 30 hours worked).
