Resource Center for Independent Living Payroll Specialist - Part Time in Utica, New York
Status: Non- Exempt, Part Time – Monday Tuesday Wednesday 20 hours/week
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will assist RCIL in processing payroll to over 3000 employees.
Assist in processing weekly payroll utilizing ADP payroll system.
Design and run routine and investigative reports on payroll, time and attendance, and overtime hours.
Resolve payroll discrepancies, and address issues and questions regarding payroll.
Prepare required reports, including weekly payroll general ledger entry.
Provide excellent and timely customer service to employees and managers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Two years of experience processing payroll or data entry.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Interest in working and communicating with people.
