Role Accountabilities: Must be able to lift objects exceeding 100 lbs, stand for extended periods, and use ladders to reach heights, including clearing surfaces like mirrors and floor-to-ceiling glass panels. Cleaning various surfaces such as floors, walls, windows, and furniture entails vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces to ensure they are free of dirt, dust, and grime. Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables from designated areas. Stocking cleaning supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners is part of the job, including tasks like changing vacuum bags or cleaning filters. Reporting any maintenance issues or damages encountered during cleaning duties to the Owner. Cleaning windows, glass partitions, or mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Moving heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or with hand trucks.
Daily commute to clients' proprieties in Oneida County.
