Team Description:

Developing our sales team is both an engaging challenge and a rewarding role. Our Sales Performance and Development team designs and orchestrates efforts that raise the capability of our front-line sales staff and sales leaders through impactful sales learning and process improvement efforts. What You'll be Doing:

  • Partner with Product and Sales Leaders to assess sales or leadership performance gaps, establish learning objectives and measures, and develop and execute appropriate programs to address those gaps.

  • Identify, design, develop and facilitate sales process improvements and sales training programs that help our sales teams exceed business objectives.

  • Develop great individual sales training programs and a strategy for high performance learning.

  • Support onboarding, product learning, sales, and leadership coaching skills as needed.

What Your Background Looks Like:

  • Design and facilitate engaging skill/training content and programs to include micro/video learning, infographics, and in-depth training virtually or in person. Leverages all stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and tracking to gain adoption, adjust strategies, and achieve results.

  • Bring 5+ years of experience in professional development, B2B sales, sales leadership, change management, and instructional design with contemporary knowledge of adult learning.

  • Bring a track record of productive internal relationships to collaboratively achieve business outcomes.

  • Use curiosity to understand business objectives, sales routines, performance data and current state to uncover an approach to improving performance.

  • Demonstrate the ability to approach instructional design with a strategic and methodical process.

  • Experience building, implementing, and evaluating sales methodologies.

  • Have compelling written and oral communication skills.

  • Be comfortable with analyzing data, measuring performance and the impact of development interventions.

  • Be a proactive self-starter who thrives working independently and with team members.

  • Love the sales culture and thrives in a collegial, people and results focused team.

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline required. Master's or MBA preferred.

Tools/Software Requirements:

  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, e-Learning platforms, authoring applications and learning management systems (LMS). Helpful tools include Articulate, Camtasia, Publisher and Adobe Illustrator.
