Role Description

The Senior Accountant reports directly to the Accounting Manager with a broad range of responsibilities that are critical to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role involves overseeing various aspects of accounting operations, supporting audit engagements, optimizing financial systems and processes, and maintaining rigorous internal controls. The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with other finance team members and departments across the company to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply GAAP accounting standards accurately and consistently across all financial reporting to ensure compliance and reliability

• Manage precise recording of journal entries, vendor expenses, and financial close procedures within major ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records

• Deliver high-quality outputs consistently in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently and maintaining productivity under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Required

• Licensed CPA required

• 3+ years in Accounting Role

• Travel expected: <25%

• Office Requirements: Fully remote
