Product Marketing sits within the Product organization to ensure seamless alignment between product development and go-to-market strategy, enabling faster feedback loops, stronger collaboration on launches, and more technically-informed messaging, while partnering closely with the Marketing organization to drive demand generation and brand alignment.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, is responsible for translating product value proposition into compelling public-facing communication that resonates with customers and prospects. You will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in organizing and communicating product launches. You know our competitors: what they do today and what they plan to do in the future. You also know our buyers, including how they make their buying decisions. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales team to be successful.

You will collaborate with your marketing and sales colleagues to develop innovative programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our customers’ problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate new product features into compelling sales materials that are actively used by over 80% of the sales team within three months of development.

• Ensure all product launches are delivered on schedule and within budget, meeting all set deadlines and financial targets.

• Work with the demand generation team to create content that boosts organic traffic and increases lead volume by over 15% annually.

• Develop a variety of external content that enhances brand visibility and contributes to lead generation, accounting for 25% of total MQLs each quarter.

• Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICP) and personas to ensure alignment with business strategies and customer needs.

• Develop content that intricately connects with product specifics, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, enhancing lead quality to achieve MQL to SQO conversion rates above 14%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Required

• 3+ years in Product Marketing Role

• Travel expected: Some travel
