Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Project Lead, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and supporting work streams within a program of work and ensuring strategy and execution are performed to completion in accordance with the overall work stream vision. The incumbent will oversee the delivery of successful transitions and integration, managing both direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations. This role requires interaction with local and regional senior stakeholders and a self-motivated individual who can drive objectives to conclusion with minimal oversight. The workstreams will include people, process, technology, and real estate components that deliver the end state Target Operating Model. The ideal candidate must have experience in major change initiatives and a proven record of delivering significant projects.
Responsibilities
Communicate to key management colleagues and team members the multiple project activities that need to be accomplished across regions or functions.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs.
Select and utilize project implementation documentation, including implementation toolkits and migration schedules.
Support the facilitation of projects by escalating risk and its impact on business initiatives to management within the organization.
Provide strategic support for the portfolio of work by designing and creating strategic documents such as Project Business Cases, Assessments, Communication Plans, and detailed project plans.
Present project updates and make presentations to senior -level management within Finance.
Lead in the decision-making process required for progress on assigned programs and projects.
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making on key project items.
Support work stream controls and compliance.
Proactively follow and adhere to project controls for assigned projects.
Identify and resolve issues; manage project/program deliverables, mitigate risks, escalate issues to management, and ensure change control processes for assigned projects and programs across functions are functioning and aligned.

Bachelor’s degree mandatory, preferably in accounting or finance
5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
2-3 years of project management experience (can be part of overall experience)
Proficiency in MS Office products and Teams for meetings
Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
PMP certification preferred
Work Environment
The position offers flexible day hours, with in-office work required Monday through Wednesday. The work environment is supportive and allows for flexibility to accommodate team members' needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
