Oversee day-to-day business operations of 7-Eleven retail franchise to maximize sales and profits, as well as managing and implementing business processes to streamline and integrate the operations of additional 7-Eleven retail stores. Duties include ensuring sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of customers; recruiting, training, and developing staff; developing and maintaining strong vendor relations; ensuring a clean, properly stocked and merchandised store; promoting 7-Eleven to customers and the community; identifying and resolving areas of inefficiency and developing and implementing solutions; managing inventory to ensure proper inventory levels and controls; assessing feasibility of new franchises in designated sales territories to add franchise locations; and developing strategies for integration of additional retail stores. Position requires (1) 12 High school diploma or foreign equivalent education. (2) 12 months of experience in a franchise management position, including recruiting, training, and developing staff; maximizing sales and profits; and increasing the number of franchises in a given sales territory.
