Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Maintenance Specialist to support our customer account management processes. This role is responsible for handling account matching, customer setup, data governance, and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, ERP systems, and CRM platforms while ensuring accuracy and compliance in customer account records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct and indirect account matching to create a single customer profile within the account master system.
Process Customer Change Requests and New Customer setups within multiple ERP and CRM platforms.
Analyze and update customer master data to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplication.
Oversee data governance and maintain data integrity across 12+ internal systems.
Research and update customer addresses from returned mailings and information requests.
Collaborate with internal Divisional and Corporate associates to improve customer system processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing input on data quality enhancements.
Participate in team projects and special assignments as needed.
Maintain a general understanding of company product lines to support customer data needs.
Utilize and navigate multiple systems, including CIM360, Salesforce.com, OBIEE, AX, MoveX, AS400, SAP, and Zuora.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with customer data management, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
Previous experience in data governance, account maintenance, or customer service is a plus.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
